Helium filled latex balloons that are not treated with Hi-Float approximately 8-10 hours.  Which means they slowly are losing helium as time goes by and will be smaller than when initially filled.  Helium filled foil balloons typically float 3 or more days.  Air filled last even longer.

HI-FLOAT is a balloon treatment that forms a coating inside latex balloons that greatly reduces helium or air loss.  Latex balloons with hi-float may float more than 3 days sometimes a week or 2.

We appreciate all bags that are returned.  It is not mandatory, but it is a great way to recycle them so that we can reuse for our next customer.  If we are closed, you can tie them to the door!

Yes. But our policy is… We cannot guarantee balloons not purchased from our shop. If it pops, leaks or doesn’t float, you will still be charged for the helium fill. 

With that being said, we strongly do not recommend buying balloons from Amazon, Etsy or any other place that does not specialize in balloons as we have seen a lot of knock off balloons come into the shop. We have seen foil balloons that won’t float, barely float or float upside down after filling them and latex balloons that are sticky or has an odor which indicates they are old and more apt to pop because they are breaking down.

We buy our balloons from reputable balloon vendors which means they will back up what we purchase from them and we can get most any balloon needed if you give us a week or more notice.

Yes, Items (that won’t pop the balloon) that will fit through a 6″ opening can be put inside the 18″ balloons. Items such as stuffed animals, candy, snacks, gift cards, jewelry, clothing, scratch off tickets just to name a few.  Smaller gift in a balloons can be made for cash only gifts!

Yes.  We offer the supply of conveniently sized tanks of helium for parties and corporate events. We also have more than 50 colors of balloons to choose from, Hi-float, curling ribbon and weights available for sale.

Tanks are small enough to transport yourself and comes with the regulator to inflate the balloons.  We have 3 tank sizes to choose from:

Small – Fills approximately 25  11” balloons

Medium – Fills approximately 50  11” balloons

Large – Fills approximately 100  11” balloons

Please reserve helium tanks 10 or more days before your event to ensure availability.  A signed contract with secured credit card is required to reserve helium tanks.

Yes.  Here are some simple tips to help you get the most life out of your balloons.

Temperature:  Balloons are VERY sensitive to heat and direct sunlight.  Do not leave them in a hot car.  Use the AC to keep your vehicle cool.  Foil balloons can appear deflated in colder temps, but will fill out when warmed up.

Oxidization:  Clear balloons will quickly become cloudy and colored balloons will take on a velvety, matte appearance when exposed to heat and direct sunlight.  For longest shine, keep balloons out of direct sunlight.

Balloons can pop: Heat, lights, irregular surfaces and even static can pop balloons. Dispose of burst balloon pieces to keep both children and pets safe from choking hazards. While we use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution necessary with your balloons to ensure they last through your event, once the balloons leave our door or we have left the venue, they are out of our control.

If helium balloons get rained on and start to droop, shake them off and they’ll float again when dry.

Don’t inhale the helium!  Breathing helium can, in fact, kill you – but not because of the helium, rather because the lack of oxygen when you inhale the helium.  As you breathe in a balloon full of helium, you are not breathing in any oxygen, which your cells need. 

Environment: At the end of a balloon’s life, cut the end of the balloon with scissors or a pin to remove any air or helium, then dispose of it in the trash bin. NEVER release balloons into the environment. ALL released balloons become litter. They can get caught up in trees or power lines. We recommend the Balloon Council’s smart practices to continue to nurture the public’s positive feelings about balloons; and Prevent anti-balloon legislation attempts in the future. Remember – Don’t Let Go, Pin It and (Recycle) Bin It 

Pro Tip: To get the most life out of your balloons, we recommend storing your balloons at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.
